Fall is here ladies and gents! My favorite transition season..in New York it only lasts about two weeks but for those two weeks its the perfect blend of chilly warm weather. It makes me want to go apple picking and cozy up with an apple cider donut in my favorite sweater. Here are a few sweaters I'm hoping to collect this Fall {I better do it quickly!}
